2010 State Plan

New this year with the approval of the 2010 State Plan, Rehabilitation Services Administration publishes all state plans on their Management Information System.

  • Rehabilitation Services Administration Approval Letter - State Plan '10

  • 2010 State Plan at RSA.ED.gov (U.S. Department of Education).

    Anyone with internet access can view the New Mexico Division of Vocational Rehabilitation State Plan by following the following steps:

    • Go to the Rehabilitation Services Administration website.

    • Click on the "Reports" tab.

    • Click on the "About Your State" tab.

    • Select "New Mexico" from the drop-down list.

    • Click on the "View information" button.

    • Scroll down page to the "New Mexico Division of Vocational Rehabilitation - Department of Education (NMDVR)" to view the State Plan / reports. The approved State Plan can be viewed / read including the Pre-print and all Attachments currently part of the State Plan. The State Plan can be electronically saved and /or printed.
